Refund policy

At Hoomlet, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. Returns are handled through our US return facility for all US orders.

We understand that sometimes returns or exchanges are necessary, and we are here to assist you. Please review the following policy carefully:

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Please include the original receipt or proof of purchase. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return & Exchange Responsibilities

Hoomlet’s Responsibility

If the product you received is defective, damaged, incorrect, or affected by our error, we will cover all return shipping costs. No restocking or handling fees will be charged.

Customer’s Responsibility

If you wish to return a product for personal reasons, returns are accepted, but return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Return shipping costs depend on the carrier and service selected by the customer. No restocking or handling fees will be charged.

Refunds cover only the purchase price of the product, not the original shipping cost.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • If you cancel before your order ships and within 24 hours, the order can be canceled at no cost.
  • If the order has already shipped or the 24-hour window has passed, please contact us at support@hoomlet.com for assistance.

How to Initiate a Return

Step 1: Email us at support@hoomlet.com with the subject line: "Return + Your Order Number".

Step 2: Include your reason for the return and attach photos of the product in its original packaging.

Step 3: Once your return is approved, securely pack the item in its original condition and provide us with the tracking number.

Step 4: After we receive the package, we will inspect it, restock it, and begin the refund process. Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 days after the item arrives at our warehouse.

Return address will be provided after return approval and may vary depending on your location and order type.

Damages or Issues

Please inspect your items upon arrival. If products are defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@hoomlet.com. We will respond within 1-2 business days and arrange compensation or a refund based on the situation.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

  • More than 30 days have passed since delivery
  • Missing original packaging, accessories, or attachments
  • Items that are used, damaged, or altered (cracks, scratches, dents)
  • No valid proof of purchase or suspected fraud/tampering
  • Damage caused by unauthorized modifications or improper use
  • Damage due to uncontrollable events (fire, flood, storms, lightning)
  • Clearance items or gift cards

Exchanges

For exchanges, we recommend returning the original item once approved and placing a separate order for the replacement.

Refunds

After receiving your return, we will inspect it within 3 business days. Approval or denial will be communicated within 1 business day. Refunds will be initiated only after the returned item has been received and inspected.

If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.). Customers typically receive refunds within 10–25 business days after approval.
This timeframe includes:

  • Shipping time to our warehouse (5-10 business days)
  • Inspection and processing time (3-5 business days)
  • Bank or payment processor refund time (5-10 business days)

If you do not receive your refund within this period, please check your account first, and if not processed, contact your bank or PayPal. For issues beyond 15 business days post-approval, email us at support@hoomlet.com.

Shipping Costs for Returns

If the return is due to customer preference, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

If the return is due to product defects, damage, or our error, Hoomlet will cover return shipping costs and issue a full refund including original shipping (if applicable).
