One-Year Limited Warranty
At HOOMLET, we stand behind our products. This Limited Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of delivery.
What We Will Do
At our discretion, we will:
- Repair the product
- Replace it with a new or refurbished unit
- Provide a full or partial refund
How to Make a Warranty Claim
- Contact our customer support team at support@hoomlet.com
- Provide proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or screenshot)
- Our team will provide Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) instructions
- Ship the product to the designated location (if required)
Please do not dispose of the product before confirming with our customer support team.

Response Time: Typically within 24 hours
What Is Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear (filters, consumables, etc.)
- Products from unauthorized sellers
- Used, lost, or stolen products
- Damages caused by misuse, accidents, pets, or unauthorized repairs
- Free products or giveaways

This warranty applies to the original purchaser only. HOOMLET is not responsible for indirect or incidental damages.
