We currently ship to Germany, Italy, France, UK, Austria, Belgium, Netherlands, Canada, Australia, Japan, and more (see full list at checkout).
United States
- Free shipping on orders $99+ (3–8 business days)
- Standard shipping: $5.99 (3–8 business days)
- Expedited: $15.99 (3–5 business days)
Other countries
- Free shipping on orders $800+ (3–10 business days)
- Standard shipping starts at $79.99 (calculated at checkout)
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You‘ll receive a tracking number within 2–3 days after shipment.
(Customs duties and import taxes are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the recipient).
Returns & Exchanges
We want you and your cat to love your Hoomlet product. If you’re not completely satisfied, we gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Free returns (for defective, damaged, or incorrect items — our fault)
Customer-paid returns (for changed mind — no restocking fee)
How to return:
Email us at support@hoomlet.com with “Return + Your Order Number” and a photo of the product in its original packaging. Once approved, ship it back to our warehouse.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase. Returns after 30 days are not accepted.
For exchanges, return the original item and place a new order separately.
One-Year Limited Warranty
Hoomlet products are covered by a 1-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of delivery.
What we’ll do (at our discretion):
- Repair the product
- Replace it with a new or refurbished unit
- Provide a full or partial refund
How to make a claim:
Contact support@hoomlet.com with your order number and photos/videos showing the issue. We’ll respond within 24 hours and provide return instructions if needed.
Not covered:
- Normal wear and tear (filters, consumables, etc.)
- Damage from misuse, accidents, pets, or unauthorized repairs
- Products from unauthorized sellers or free giveaways
This warranty applies to the original purchaser only.
